Mobile data
Turn off mobile data on your device until your monitor is set up.
Automatic wifi re-connection
For any wifi networks that are in range, turn off auto-connection until your monitor is set up.
Wired connections
On computers, unplug ethernet cables and USB cables providing wired internet.
Tips
To find your wifi and mobile data settings:
On most Android phones, go to the Google search bar, type “settings”, and look in the “From your apps” section for the Settings app.
on Windows, press the “Windows” key at the same time as “s” and type “Wifi Settings”.
